Winter to Spring

Going from Winter to Spring is always exciting. You get to change out what you've been wearing for the past three and get into fabulous accessories full of colors, a new bright handbag, fun lightweight scarves and of course shaking off those big chunky sweaters for perfect little vests {and of course all that black}.
That being said, here in Indiana, it may be snowing in March and 34 degrees in April. The last thing you want to do is look like your getting off of a plane from Florida in Indiana when your headed out. You can still look like your ready for spring while keep warm.

Here are some great tips and tricks to keep you warm while looking nice and springy.

1. Color
Know what the "new" colors of spring are to easily stay on trend and up to date. Check out Pantone {https://www.pantone.com/color-of-the-year-2017}to see the Color of the Year and each This Spring Season {https://www.pantone.com/fashion-color-report-spring-2017?from=topNav}. This years Color of the Year is Greenery. Also try some of this Spring Seasons colors Primrose Yellow, Pale Dogwood, Hazelnut, Island Paradise, Pink Yarrow, Niagara, Kale, Lapis Blue and Flame.

2. Jewelry
Accessories are the key to easily adding a pop of color to your wardrobe.  Try a fun pink {try a Pale Dogwood or Pink Yarrow}, Greenery, or Blue {Island Paradise, Niagara or Lapis Blue} long necklace with a fun trendy tassel OR a great statement piece or a great statement earring with matching bracelet {a great option when paired with a scarf}.

3. Scarves
It's finally time to toss those thick, cozy blanket scarves and grab your light weight breathable scarves. Try one made with lace or one with tassels! It's time to have fun with your wardrobe! This is a great {and so easy} way to add color to any outfit. If its a little cooler out try a larger thin brightly colored scarf so it will keep you warm while you look springy.

3. Handbags
Do away with that dark gloomy handbag and get a great new fresh handbag. This is a great way to start your "spring cleaning". We end up with soooo much junk in our handbags they don't need. Empty yours out and whatever you do don't put it all in your new bag. Lighten your load. Try something fun!

4. Vests & Dusters
duster is a light, loose-fitting long coat, jacket or sweater - it should hit mid calf to top of your ankle {NO, this is not going to make you look shorter than you are, pairing this with a monotone outfit under it and a simple long necklace will actually make you look taller!}. Adding a pop of color with a light vest or duster on a cooler Indiana spring day is a great way to look and feel fabulous.

5. Booties/Shooties/Ankle Boots
These are absolutely the most trendy way to take your wardrobe from winter to spring. They are fabulous paired with dresses or cuffed skinnies. Go for a lighter color, try and steer clear of black to keep a more springy feel {and before you say you only wear black, YES, you can wear light brown/taupe/stone booties with a black top or dress/tunic}.

6. Leggings
Leggings for me are a must. I am always freezing cold and crazy pale {I would hate to blind someone by accident before my legs see the sun}. To help stay warm and covered but look nice and springy ditch the black leggings! That's right ladies, ditch the black leggings. I know they are an amazing staple and yes I am guilty of it too, but try a new color. You don't have to get crazy but try a navy or charcoal to start out then inch yourself towards a cloud grey, taupe, ivory or white. *Please note a LONG Tunic/Dress/Slip Dress is a MUST with lighter colored leggings  even though they are not see though {yes, even if your in amazing shape or 15, your booty and camel toe MUST MUST be covered}.

How to Rock Your Boots

There are so many types and styles of boots today and many of you are wondering "How do I wear them?" "Am I wearing them correctly?" "Can I wear these even though its not winter?" "Are boots appropriate for a wedding?" "Do I need to wear ankle or knee length?"

Well ladies, you're in luck, I am here to help!

Ankle Boots
The most versatile boots because they are nearly season-less. They are perfect for spring and fall, great in the winter and you can even rock them in the summer with the right outfit.
The thing I think most women struggle with with the ankle boot is how to wear them properly with jeans and leggings {the most common way they are worn}.

Cuffing your jeans is the key for the ankle boot
Ankle boots look amazing with jeans, they give off an effortless feel that looks fantastic. Cuffing your boot just right is the key, the images below will help. What I have found is the less worried I am about the cuff, and making it a little messy the better it looks.

Wearing with Ankle Boots with Leggings
Ankle boots and leggings are my favorite combo. I personally wear my extra extra think Nikibiki leggings with my black ankle boots almost every day...I love to be warm, cozy and look good. With leggings you want to still have a touch of your ankle showing. With the extra think leggings I actually cuff them like a jean. The photo of the right she is rockin' her booties with thick socks, a great option for added warmth, with this trend you need to be sure and pair this look with a simple tunic/sweater {you don't want to pair it with anything too long or the look will get too bulky} The sock trend is also best for those ladies with great legs or tiny ankles. It's all about Balance.

Ankle Boots in the Warmer Seasons
Ankle boots are the perfect transition shoe for every season or any chilly summer evening. They are perfect with skirts, maxi's, shorts and dresses. In doing this look be sure your socks go unseen.

Knee High and Thigh High Boots
I have always loved knee high boots because they do a great job at hiding my very white legs. Plus they are super cute. There are plenty of varieties for every day to evening. The biggest problem women have with boots now are them fitting their calves, not all women have tiny little barbie legs are that is just fine. They do make "wide calf" boots now! They are more easily found in larger box stores or online. BUT if you don't want to mess with all of that, simply stick to the ankle boots!

Knee High
You can go with a heel or rider {flat} boot. These are great for work, hanging out or rock the heel for and evening out. Knee High Boots are super easy to rock and there is not really a wrong way to wear them!
Boots can be worn with leggings, bare legs, skinny jeans, or even over the boot {this really only works with heeled boots & be sure your boot cut jeans just graze the middle of the top of your food, that's how you know they are the correct length {not to short and not too long}.
Don't have a pair of skinny jeans? No problem, you can make them skinny by cuffing them!
This style of boot works best with the leg warmers, boot cuffs, boot socks. You can add them to help balance out an outfit, add some bulk to the top of your boot or even just add for a "pretty". When adding these to an outfit be sure you don't have too many trending/frills/colors/etc happening with your outfit.

Over the Knee
Over the Knee boots have always had a "naughty" connotation {yes, like Pretty Woman}. I  however have always like them because they cover almost your entire leg which keeps you warmer and again no one is seeing my very white legs. This is definitely a style that is easier to wear if you have great long legs BUT can also look fabulous on anyone {assuming id you have larger legs or very muscular legs you can find some that fit correctly}. The most important thing to know about the over the knee boot is that they need to fit slightly loose on your thigh, make sure they are not pinching or compressing your legs at all. This is going to make you look bigger.
Here are some great outfit options that includes jeans, bare legs and leggings.

Ankle or Knee Length Boot?
This is one of those things that is completely up to you! If you are ever wondering, simply put one boot on one foot and the other style on the other foot and look in a mirror then rock the one you love the most! When dressing down go with a flat boot, then choose between ankle or knee. When dressing up go for the heel, then choose between the ankle or knee {ankle is going to be dressiest}

How Dressy is your Boot?
Black/Dark Chocolate "shinier" heeled boots are the dressiest style of boot {to keep it simple}
Plain ankle are always going to be dressier than a knee/above length boots.
Here is how I persoanly determine what shoes are acceptable for the event {and YES even when its freezing and snowing you should not just wear the boots because they are warmer and more confortable... sorry guys!}
Wedding/Special Events
                - Boots are acceptable IF it is a non-formal event {business casual to casual}
               -  Boots are NOT acceptable for a formal/semi formal event {cocktail, formal, black tie}
The invitation to the event will hopefully help you in determining formality - always check out the location of the event, style of the invitation, is the event inside or outside, does the invitation tell you what attire to wear, can you check online {website or Facebook} to get some more specific information or check out images from past events to see what attire others wore.
**The dressiest boot is going to be a heeled, simple, shiny leather ankle boot.**

Find your fabulous,

Make getting ready easier

Ever wonder why Lyn-Maree's only carries neutral clothing?
Or why I only carry what I call "Accessory Clothing"?

Getting ready in the morning should be quick, easy and virtually effortless.

I'm not a morning person so I need a quick, easy morning routine that ends up in me still looking "stylish" for my day at the boutique. For me a quick morning routine starts with the closet.

Here are 8 simple steps to simplify your closet....and did I mention you can still do all of this and be trendy, up to date and stylish without spending a fortune....

Step No. 1: Confront your closet (and dresser, don't forget about that). Can you even see what's in there? Start the clean out by cleaning your closet...yes one piece at a time...
While your clearing out your closet put your clothing into 3 piles
  • Keep it - This pile is for clothing you love
    • Have worn in the last 12 months
    • Fit you right now
    • Are not stained or over washed
    • And YES, the clothing must fit ALL of those categories. If you are wishy/washy about a garment, Donate it!
  • Donate it - This pile is where MOST of your closet will be ending up.
  • Toss it - This pile is if for all the clothing that is stained, discolored, over washed and worn, tearing, etc.
*Note: If you hesitate over an item, for even a second, you don't love it, donate it*
Place the clothes you love on your bed. Arrange the articles by type: jeans, pants, shirts, etc.
Step No. 2: Examine the items on the bed to see if a theme emerges. Is everything blue? Perhaps you chose clothes sewn only from comfortable fabrics. Did you choose only your best-fitting pair of jeans? Did you leave all the skirts in the closet?
By examining the clothes you love in a vacuum—that is, without the rest of your wardrobe surrounding them and clamoring for attention—you will see a pattern. Maybe you like striped shirts best. Or maybe you really only feel comfortable in black. Next time you are on the verge of a purchase, think back to this moment: how would the new piece you are considering fit in with your favorites?
Step No. 3: Make outfits. How many different ways can you mix key pieces to create different looks? Lay out as many ensembles as possible. (Helpful Hint: snap photos with your phone of each outfit; when you wake up tomorrow morning and can't decide what to wear, you can remind yourself of the possibilities.)
Step No. 4: Edit. Are there favorite pieces that didn't make the cut when you were putting together outfits? Take them off the bed...add those to the Donate pile.
Step No. 5: Pick and choose. Ask yourself: Is there essential piece missing? If you go back to your closet to get a particular jacket or shirt or pair of pants you now regret placing in the donate pile, will that article of clothing enable you to create several more outfits? If so, grab it. *this is the ONLY time you can get back into the pile...box that up and seal it so you cant pull anything else out*
Step No. 6: Repair, replace buttons, and iron every piece of clothing that needs attention. If an item doesn't fit properly, take it to the tailor; shorten the sleeves, nip in the waist, lift a hemline to the most flattering length. If you don't want to make that investment, get rid of the piece. Trust me, it doesn't look good on you.
Step No. 7: Go through your Keep pile, find 10 of your key favorite pieces that your able to create LOTS of outfits from (outfit ideas from step no. 3) Put those back in your closet, on hangers or shelves where they are most visible and accessible. Most of these pieces are likely to be neutrals {black, brown/cocoa/tan, grey, white/ivory, navy}

  • This would be where my Slip Dresses, Slip Skirts, fav Cardigan, Blazer, Overlays, "Little" Black Dress, Nikibiki Leggings and Tops, fav pair of Jeans are located
  • Keeping my basic "everyday" items in neutrals helps provide an array of outfit choices from the same pieces {getting more bang for my buck} then I add pops of fun colors in using my jewelry and scarves.
Step No. 8: Put the rest of your Keep clothing pile back in your closet

  • Arrange by Color and Long Dresses to T Shirts  - DO NOT hang any outfits/suits/matching tops & bottoms together -
  • If you have a work uniform do keep those all together
  • See September 2014 "Organizing your Closet" for further instructions on how to organize your closet to get the most out of your clothing

Organizing Your Closet

It's the best time of the year to start fresh and new in your closet, it's 2017 and time to get the most out of your wardrobe.

During the DeKalb County Free Fall Fair I was open by appointment only, which meant I had a whole week off work! Now as a small business owner that never happens, the only time you have off work is when you have other obligations. So during the fair I decided I was not going to make any plans and work on organizing my home (which was in scary disorder due to working all the time).

One of my rooms that is consistently needing picked up is my closet. Somehow clothing never ends up back on its hanger or in a drawer or single socks everywhere or winter hats & gloves are just everywhere {not sure how this happens}

When organizing my closet I have a few key things I like to do that ensures I get the most out of all of my clothing and accessories.

1. Separate

  • Separate all of your suits or matching tops and bottoms
  • DO NOT hang any matching tops and bottoms or suits together

2. Areas - Your closet should be divided into 4 general areas

  • Dresses
  • Pants
  • Tops
  • Skirts

3. Color

  • Organizing your hanging clothing in ROY-G-BIV (rainbow) order with your brown, blacks and whites to follow.
  • Within your colors put your clothing from jackets/sweaters to long sleeve to sleeveless shirts
    • Black blazer, black cardigan, long sleeve black blouses and Ts, short sleeve black T and black camisoles.
4.Accessories - Hats, Belts, Scarves, Jewelry, Handbags
  • Accessories should be hung away from your clothing.
  • Its easiest to display your accessories and not have them in drawers...you need to be able to see what you have.
  • Get creative with your accessory displays check out my Pinterest
    • http://www.pinterest.com/lynmarees/organizing-diy/
  • The better you can see what you have, the better you will be at utilizing your accessories to create new fun outfits
5. Label
  • When putting anything into baskets, boxes, drawers that may not get used a tone...LABEL
  • When you know what you have and where it belongs, you will save yourself heart ache and money
6. Donate & Trash  (No garage sale pile...you'll never have one & end up donating the clothing anyways)
  • Has it been more than a year since you wore it?
  • Are you waiting to loose weight to wear it?
  • Has it seen its day?
  • Has is been over washed and over worn?
  • Is it balling/pilling or have a stain?
  • Does it have a hole your planning on fixing? Or missing button?
    • If you said YES to ANY of those questions it's time to let it go...trust me you will be happy in the long run you did.
Below you can see my before(left) and after(right) photos of my closet...it was a disaster and not quite perfect yet but it will be someday
Good luck and have fun!
I know starting my day off in an organized and clean closet helps me start my day off much happier! Hope it does you as well.

Fall is in the air...let's layer up!

Finally my favorte season has arrived...lots of layering, boots, crisp air, hot tea and a cozyin' up by the fire. I absolutely love love love fall and winter.

Many women are hesitant to layer for fear of looking larger or bulkier than they are. This could not be further from he truth. When you're layered correctly it is very figure flattering. You just have to figure out what works best for your size and shape...I promise this works for EVERYONE no matter your size, shape or age.

Here are a few tips, tricks and money saving ideas to spice up your fall wardrobe.

5 Steps to a Perfectly Layered Outfit

  1. Start with a basic, lightweight top. I suggest a solid, something neutral, or striped.
  2. Add another layer such as a soft cardigan or sweater. If you’re into color, this can be a great opportunity to mix in a bold pullover to give your outfit more intrigue and depth.
  3. Then add a jacket or coat. Again, I suggest a basic color: camel, black, navy, or even olive green.
  4. Next, add a scarf. It’s like the frosting on a cupcake. A must!
  5. Sprinkle on your accessories (bracelets, earrings, rings, watches).

Quick Layering Tips

  • Keep the under-layers more fitted to keep your shape looking slim. (fitted long sleeve T or fitted button up)
  • If you’re concerned about your waistline, try to top off your look with something belted.
    • When belting try BOTH under your last layer and on top of your last layer to see which way will work best for your figure.
    • Always belt at the SMALLEST part of you - hips, belly, waist, ribs... and YES you all have this
  • Length and proportion is key when layering. Try to make each layer piece visible, this helps.
    • Think tabs on a flier folder, they overlap but they are all visible from back (layer one) to the front (last 3,4,5).
  •  Play with texture. It’s best to incorporate a mix of materials when styling a layered look. If you use all of the same fabrics, you’re look will come off as heavy and dowdy (which can add the appearance of unwanted weight as well).
    • try playing with tweeds (as last layer since they are a bit heavier), leathers, knits, furs
Money Saving Tips
  •  Don't store your "summer" wardrobe elsewhere. Keep all of your clothing out all year round. If you need to make more room for bulky sweaters and coats try to only put away items such as shorts, swim suits. Your "summer" clothing can easily be layered into your warmer clothing to create new outfits. Try your favorite summer dress layered with leggings and topped with a sweater, belt and scarf! You'll start seeing your clothing in a whole new light!
  • Invest in clothing that is plain, simple and fits well. Plain clothing is easier to change up with layering or accessories. You can make several new outfits just by changing up your accessories and no one will know but you!

Have a fabulous day

Fashion Eqinox!

How many clothes in your closet are things you'll never wear? Did you get a great deal but it was an originally expensive item and you just can't part with it? We all know we do this from time to time. Well, even though the temps are telling us it's still winter, the time is here to take an inventory of our wardrobe, including our accessory wardrobe.

Valentines Day is right around the corner so think what you might be doing! Romantic dinner? Weekend get away? What are you wearing? Omg! What a problem! Lucky you! But seriously, what are you wearing? Romantic dinner? Why not wear a black pencil skirt, white or cream shirt, add a belt and pearls mixed with longer chains, and since it is a romantic thing, unbutton the top button and flip up your collar a bit. Add a cardigan if its chilly and VOILA! You already have these in your wardrobe! These are items you want to always keep and keep them updated and ready to wear.

Weekend get away? Well this can be a little more complicated, since activities can be a mixed bag. Travel clothes can be as simple as your favorite pair of jeans, longer top accented with a great scarf, some heels and an amazing pair of earrings with a stack of bangles! Darn, you look great! Maybe, it's time to update those accessories, a new scarf here can be added to those favorites from your wardrobe, updating the look with this seasons hottest colors for not a lot of money.

Then we have spring break, Easter and the fashion equinox called SPRING. Going back to that overstuffed closet, pick out those pieces that can be transitional, such as a long sleeved tee, this can be great spring and summer ware if accessorized with spring/ summer colors and style. Lyn Marees always has the latest items at a reasonable price with the best advice around to help you set your style. And the big plus there is that we do buy single items, so you'll never see yourself coming down the street, unlike the box stores.

After you plan out your upcoming spring schedule, pick out those clearance items, things that have possibly shrunk in the closet, we always have those, (ha) and maybe things that no longer fit your lifestyle, due to career change, retirement, etc and neatly fold and put in a box. Really look honestly what you need, have you ever worn it, have tou worn it in the last six months? If not add it to that box. Also examine pieces for disrepair or wearing at this time... Remember this means old accessories as well! How long do we keep a single earring, hoping the mate will magically reappear? These practices done twice a year will give you a lot of room you swore you didn't have and give you the opportunity to update your individual style. Lyn Maree's specializes in individuality, showing you how and what you need in a single visit. Always receiving new merchandise and tips, Lyn Maree's is always prepared for a wardrobe update, or a special occasion.

I do want to ask you to consider an idea that will not only make you feel great but will also do a world of good. Remember that box of neatly folded great items that you have smartly decided to purge, including some accessories that maybe just didn't suit your new style.. consider donating these quality items to a local women's shelter. The women that are there are often victims of domestic violence. Sometimes they escape with only the clothes on their backs. They need these items to interview for jobs and to start new lives with dignity. They also have children, that also, sometimes arrive with nothing. Others are young pregnant girls that are in need of everything! So, for them, not only clothes and accessories to help them start their lives as single mothers, they need things for the babies. So when you get your closet done, if you have children do theirs as well. Please do consider doing this. You might even want to talk to your friends about doing the same. Talk about this at church, book club, sorority, even work and do it as a group project. Inspire others to donate. Lyn Maree's has always been very involved with women's charities and we just want you to be able to feel the knowing you've made a difference.

Have a remarkable spring!

Did you know Lyn Maree's did that?

Here it is, the middle of January all ready and spring break, spring weather and special event time is getting near! It is time to re-new your wardrobe and your state of mind.

I got to thinking about all the services that Lyn Maree's offers to help you look and feel your best. We encourage customers to discuss their wardrobe issues with us, we have more tips and advice than you can imagine. Whether it is scarf fashion or accessory wearability, we have you covered.
Many clients bring in the fashion piece they are planning to wear and our knowledgable staff can coordinate a look that is unique for you. One that not only will look great, but one you will feel comfortable with. There is a balance that we do understand.
We can view a photo of a prom dress, wedding gown or bridesmaid dress and offer a variety that suits your dreams all at a reasonable price. We understand necklines, color and fashion to give you the look you desire, while wearing a piece that you can rest assured that no one else is wearing.
I recently had a friend call me having difficulty packing for a cruise to Belize. I might mention, I didn't feel to sorry for her! But once my jealousy was in check, I reached out to her about packing a solid color palette that she could stretch with scarves and accessories. These items fit in a much smaller area than more clothing. And who wants to pay for extra baggage. I went over her activities and I helped her put together a complete vacation wardrobe with less than half the clothes and only adding four scarves (one worn two ways) and 3 statement pieces . If you come in to Lyn Maree's we can do the same for you.
Did you know we could do these things for you?
Lyn Maree's also offers workshop type events, guest speaking and in store private parties. Call today to book your next event or book a really fun night out with some great deals for you and your guests.
I hate to say we do it ALL, but we almost DO.

What's your comfort zone?

I have a simple question for you! When did you change your hairstyle last? I don't mean wearing a baseball cap or pulling it back as a change. I mean a really new style, not just a trim. I'd bet more than not, you have to really think about it. Why is that? I sugest that it is a comfort thing! Ok, got your hair styles five years ago and have it all figured out how to maintain it, so it is just easier to keep it. This is human nature, nothing to be ashamed of, but something you need to be aware of.
I have another question for you... I may have several, I'm still thinking! Lol. How many of you get your nails done? Shellac, gel, acrylic, what ever, I'll bet you are staying in the same color palette as you've worn for years. Sometimes when asked, women will say, I've always been a pink person... WHAT! Really??? I can tell you that we are never, a fill in the blank, person all the time! I know for a fact, what I absolutely loved when I was 25, I don't much care for now although at the time I though things were the end all. I sometime look at my wedding china choice and wonder what the hell was I thinking!
For our really young readers, I'm sure you can never imagine yourself in an SUV or minivan, swearing that your sporty little car is the only type you'd be caught in! Well, little sweeties, let me explain. Once children come into your life, all bets are off! But this is an example of us actually changing, but only because necessity is dictating us to do so. Again, human nature.

So, why do we fight change so much? Change is something that renews our spirit, renews others perception of us, and opens all sorts of new doors and avenues to explore. Simple changes are the easiest to make. A new hair style, new makeup colors, new accessories that are different than what you've been wearing can open a whole new world of style.

Style should be personal, one no one can exactly duplicate. Make it YOURS! Look at fashion, look in magazine, online ,wherever. Ten pick out things you like about these looks and adapt it to you. I recommend using Pantone.com. There you can get the latest fashion colors, trends and great ideas to inspire your look. Emphasis on the word INSPIRE. Remember, your body type may not allow for some very chic styles, but some part of the look will. Take into consideration your coloring, body type, and age. Pick colors, whether for fashions or your hair that flatter you. Use colors that just aren't right for you away from your face for example. Try a "younger" shade of nail polish. Try high lighting your hair or getting it cut. Keep it fresh and you will find that you too don't like everything nearly as much as you thought. Adding a new scarf or statement piece to an old top can update and renew your style and you. It's not how much you have to spend on new items, it's only that you have to spend some thought!

A Lyn-Marees you can experiment with thousands of combinations and be assured that you are receiving truthful advise while avoiding sticker shock! In an effort to maintain an individual look, we only purchase one of each item, so when you pick up a piece here, you know you are not going to see it on anyone else in town! One less thing to worry about! Chain stores can not offer this unique service, they have buyers that buy in volume for thousands of stores. We handpick each piece and only buy for you. Keep this in mind and get out of that comfort zone and have a very exciting New Year!

Reclaim yes Reclaim, your life

Are you a cook, caregiver, chauffeur and coach? Are you finding yourself threatening the safety, of any one who cuts you off at Starbucks. Do you ever look in the mirror and wonder who that woman is, in yoga pants and hubby's flannel shirt? Is your hair always in a pony til and topped with a Nike hat?
Ok, little Missy, SNAP OUT OF IT !
I am going to give you some tips for reclaiming your life. When you reclaim, you'll look and feel more in control and be a happier wife, girlfriend and mom!

The very first thing you have to do is make the commitment to SNAP OUT OF IT! Sometimes this is easiest done with a girlfriend or even your mom or daughter. Remember to take a conscience effort to do at least one thing on your reclaiming list. Ok now that all the rules have been said, lets make this fun!

If you work out, do it differently. Go to another gym or walk a new route! Easy right? Break habits, it keeps it fresh, it gives you new eyes to see yourself.

Have a girls day or evening. Go to dinner, grab a fattening dessert with your huddy, see a chic flick, whatever makes you happy, plan this at least bi-monthly, more if you can! Did I mention to look fabulous, yes, loose the yoga pants and grab some jeans and boots, cool scarf and jewelry. You aren't doing this for anyone but yourself! It will lift your spirits like you wouldn't believe. When your spirits are up, you have better color, your eyes are brighter and a smile, omg, what a smile can do!
